Advanced Manufacturing Instructor, One Year Temporary- TMCC

Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) in Reno, Nevada is seeking applicants for a full-time, one-year, temporary, Advanced Manufacturing Instructor. This position requires the applicant to demonstrate the ability to teach at the college level. The advanced manufacturing instructor position is responsible for facilitating student learning in the classroom and online. Major tasks associated with this position include:

  • Teach a minimum of 30 credits or contact hours during the academic year (at least 15 per semester), August through May, in various modalities as assigned, including in-person, hybrid, online, live-virtual (hy-flex), and at alternate sites per the needs of the program
  • Support student learning outcomes assessment processes by teaching toward approved student learning outcomes and assessing student performance
  • Attend and actively participate in College events, department and division meetings, college or Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) committees, and community service activities

Part-Time Instructor, Applied Industrial Technology- Western Nevada College

Western Nevada College in Carson City, Nevada is seeking a part-time, temporary/ seasonal position teaching courses which prepare the student for a certification in Advanced Manufacturing disciplines, from entry-level manufacturing operations and technicians to mechatronics.
