Hello, I'm Rhea, and I've spent over 35 years in the world of marketing and management within commercial and industrial manufacturing. From leading as President at Astromec, Inc. in Carson City, NV, to directing marketing and planning at Emerson Electric in St. Louis, MO, I've had the opportunity to take on various roles and responsibilities in this dynamic field. Currently, I'm proud to serve as the Senior Manufacturing Business Advisor for Manufacture Nevada where my team and I work to drive innovation and collaboration within Nevada’s manufacturing ecosystem.

Additionally, I serve on the UNR, Department of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering Advisory Board and am a board member for Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NCET) Tech Wednesday programs, which includes organizing plant tours for local manufacturers. I've always been passionate about driving growth, fostering connections that push boundaries, and engaging stakeholders at all levels of business operations. My expertise spans from electrical design, engineering management, and cost-effective technical design to new product development and lean process implementation.
