Hello, I'm Tom, and I bring over 20 years of diverse experience in manufacturing, executive leadership and business strategy to Manufacture Nevada. Throughout my career I’ve worn many hats, participated on several boards, and led teams of all sizes. I've experienced booming growth stages and economic downturns, with everything in between.

My journey isn't just limited to one industry or product type. I've dipped my toes into various pools, from manufacturing turbochargers, valves and pumps, PCBs, consumer electronics, to tools. I've got a knack for international business too and value the diverse worldviews individuals can bring to a team!

Now, if we're talking qualifications, I've got my fair share of certificates: Leadership, Sales Excellence, Perfect Execution, and Project Management. Plus, I've got a wide-ranging manufacturing skill set—from industrial automation and injection molding to process control systems, CNC machining, welding, and fabrication.

But here's the fun part—I absolutely love helping small and medium-sized manufacturers reach their full potential. Whether it's building up their workforce, optimizing their operations, or connecting them with the right resources, I'm all in.

When I'm not deep in business mode, you'll find me spending time with my family or coaching a youth football team. I love team building and developing strategies for individuals to contribute to overall team goals and score touchdowns!
